At Casa de Emeralds, we craft each piece with care and intention. Due to the rare and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we offer a limited return window of 15 days from the date of delivery.

✅ Eligible Returns:

• Must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
• Must be initiated within 15 days of delivery confirmation
• Must include the original receipt or proof of purchase

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom pieces or engraved jewelry
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Any item marked as final sale

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We are not liable for returns lost in transit — please use a trackable shipping service
• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
